Departing for Dowry Creek

We pulled away from Elizabeth City just before 7 with no injuries and we are heading to Dowry Creek Marina. This is a change of plans from Belhaven, since Bill believes this location to be much nicer. Both are on the Pungo River and only 5 miles apart. We have a long day with 73.4 nm ahead of us. We will be traversing the Alligator River/Pungo River Canal ICW late in the day.
